A Woman’s View hosted our first networking reception on Wednesday January 13, 2016 at the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. The venue was transformed into a chic cocktail party complete with red and white wine, tasty hors d’oeuvres, cool lighting and plenty of free gifts from our sponsors sporting our new and innovative logo. There were two very special surprises for the more than 150 women in attendance; exhilarating live performances from an amazing Tina Turner impersonator and an empowering speech from the first female Executive Chef on the Las Vegas Strip, Susan Wolfla. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, there was one more surprise for a very special woman. We presented Ellen Orne of Ellco Promotions, with the 2016 A Woman’s View Visionary Award in appreciation of her strength and commitment to the industry and in recognition of her dedication, professionalism and success. The tears of joy were streaming and all in attendance couldn’t help but to cheer for what Ellen, and so many women have accomplished. To cap off the festivities, Tina Turner closed out the successful event with an epic on stage dance party, leaving the air buzzing with excitement. Here are some pictures from the amazing event:
